1. Double bagel yes, but not triple bagel. I see .0099 by the end of the year, not .0003.

2. The fact that "there are SO MANY psoriasis cream on the market right now" is irrelevant because if OWCP produces any product, the share price will soar. That's not the main issue. If it drops sub-penny, it will be because there is no product. This is a megamassive pump and dump with no products and no intention to make any, just to spend enough money on R&D to convince people to buy high and sell low out of fear.
