I never said that they couldn't do business and never flip-flopped on this issue. Not sure how you arrive at your conclusion. I said that they can't hold a license, as they represented when trying to pitch their company to investors earlier this year after the Alamo deal was announced. The company is most likely just plain ignorant about the laws or they never would have run this slide:




Not sure how anyone could ever trust these guys to even park their car...
