They had to raise the A/S to 750B to cover the SCAM warrants they sold or go to jail. Now they are free to continue scamming investors. How many stock has anyone ever seen that traded over 2.5B in one day and didn't even move up one tick. That's because on 3/24/2017 billions of converted warrants were dumped to every buyer that came along that day on worthless news. Even that didn't make a dent in the 750B unconverted warrants still outstanding. It's probably around 745B unconverted now.
