The thing I don't know is if the irrigation circle field is theirs as well. If it is, they have a massive field to plant in the spring and it is already setup to pump water and roll around to water all the "crops." It is convenient the Arkansas River is very close to there location that they can hook up water tubes and pump the water to the green houses or fields. Their is also a small lake that can be utilized on the south western side of the circle irrigation field. This is a prime location to harvest crops! If they get stuff growing they can efficiently make a good profit off the land they have with the resources around them. I am buying more on Tuesday.
