The simplest way to solve this is to contact uts and ask them.

I've done that and they say clinical trials are in progress



All Clinical Trials must have an approved IND by the FDA before starting. Fact. Where was it announced by PMCB (or UTS) a US clinical trial has started using the Melligen cells for diabetes? There is none. Fact. Where has any IND approval been announced for PMCB? There is none. Fact.

All FDA approved Clinical Trials must be registered in the ClinicalTrials.gov database. Fact.

The next time you call whoever, ask them to Email you a link to the Clintrials database entry. Better yet, ask the PMCB call line whomever why there is no 8K for this material event which hasn't happened. Then again, if it hasn't happened then no need for an 8K.
