Jack I know your interests here and you are the one that is toast and barbecue time is very short. Mr. Y has actually invested alot of his personal money in the beginning of this company so I do believe Mr. Y should get rewarded in the company the investor will get rewaded to. One other thing Jack the accounts receivable money there was enough there that they can pay Old Main back before the term is up. My friend don't wait too long.
