This isn't a lottery bet anymore. We will get some monetary value from the URL. At a minimum 1 million and upwards of 5 million IMO. We will get paid, but the huge question is how much per share. Lots of variables here.

Right now AdvisorShares has IMO 1-2 months left to cough up at least 1 million and possibly the rest of the amount due which is 2.5 million. As I understand if they default we'll ask for a judgement against them which would give us all of AdvisorShares assets. We really don't know how much AdvisorShares is worth. Of course we'd need to find a buyer which wouldn't be too difficult. But before this happens we need to see if AdvisorShares comes up with the money, my guess is no. They would have come up with the money by now if they had it.
