As stated in the filings, Dr. Alexander works for the Company as a consultant and according to the clinical trial registry he's still directing the study.

Here's another question that isn't relevant to your post:
Is Dr. Alexander, who resigned his position with the company due to health reasons in August of 2015, really the Study Director and contact for the trial? Wouldn't that be Ms. Harness' job at this point?
