I know that my interactions with you have been extremely adversarial and combative. By nature, I am extremely cynical and overly cautious. My investment in ECTE does not reflect my overall investment strategies. I am well diversified. Regardless of my diversification, I am highly concerned about protecting my speculative investment in ECTE.
Since you have a direct pipeline to Alan, please thank him for the compliments. Even though I am actively conducting my career campaign, now is not the time for me to send my resume and sign a NDA. With all of the uncertainty and the reputation of PP, I do not want to be legally caught in the middle of the nuclear fallout if and when the shit hits the fan. However, as a shareholder, I do want to use my talents and experience to help secure financing or new partners. PP and MTIA are giving Alan "some time" and wiggle room before they foreclose on Echo's assets. With this in mind, I would be open to having a video conference with Alan to discuss what we need do as parties that have mutual interests to keep Echo from disappearing on the Pink Sheets. If this happens, Alan loses his "outrageous" stock grants and 5.6% equity in ECTE and the shareholders will lose their hard-earned money, only to be left as bag-holders.
If Alan agrees to the video conference, I would want assurances in writing that I will not be held accountable if the SEC gets involved or if shareholder class action lawsuit are filed. I am extremely interested in discussing with Alan the content of Ramad's 6190, 6188 and 6185 posts in more detail.
As parties that have mutual interests, we should unite for the common goal of exploring all win-win remedies to save Echo Therapeutics. I want to make it clear that I do not underhanded ulterior motives. I am proud of my reputation of conducting my business and my personal relationships with the utmost honesty, transparency and unwavering integrity! More importantly, I do not want my stellar track record to be besmirched!
Ramad, let me know if Alan is interested. If he is, let me know his conditions or concerns regarding my proposal. I am sure that we can eventually agree upon mutually beneficial conditions to get this ball rolling in the right direction!
