Correct, those are legal documents from federal court. Papers were served by marshals.
Someone else here used the term "seized" but that's not accurate. There are laws governing forcefull evictions. More paperwork, more time...
It seems pretty obvious now that Tilton & Zhang reside on the property. If it were just a mailing address for the company they'd just switch everything over to the existing po box, or some unverifiable China address.
