Did we know scooters may be involved? Shows promise that plans for batteries for smaller applications are in the works. Let me know if this has already been hashed over.

I've been to south america and some cities there are crawling with scooters, like ants on an anthill.

I've seen a family of 5 on one scooter before. Wish I would have taken a picture.

Also, the buses may seat 31? Shakey translation?
