That's usually how it goes with dilution. You usually see pr's to compensate and it's also why people "sell on the news". Buy on rumor and sell on news is the dumbest thing I ever heard but people do it and we all like playing the game.

Testing will be the only thing associated to recreational mj that can cross state lines. Mj will not be legal federally for a long long time. It will be restricted to states. so businesses outside of testing will be suppressed by their own state. Meanwhile SGBY will be coast to coast. No brainer here!! $$$
