Update from Port Minutes:

In New Business regarding BioMass Power (Project "Skate"), Bank of America has hired an engineering firm to review plans and specifications, which could take 3-6 weeks. The Port is also waiting on the prospect to finalize dock area needs and an appraisal for the leasehold. The Port continues to work with the prospect on lease terms and has resolved issues related to tonnage increase dates.
A Notice of Intention pursuant to La. R.S. 33:4717.2 to approve a lease with BioMass Power at the next regular board meeting on May 15, 2017, was duly given.
