Am I right to assume this "Pulatija Project" is located at Cerro Rico Mountain?... or is this some other project located eleswhere in Bolivia?...

some clarification would be appreciated, and probably by more than just myself.

I mean... who does FMNJ IR Dept. think we all are?... a bunch of CIA Investigators with nothing better to do than waste time trying to figure out if this deal has any substance to it or not?
