Starcrest and CEPSA...

...then maybe CEPSA won't care about the millions ERHC owes CEPSA...

...because if CEPSA owns ERHC...then it owns ERHC's Kenya block...


...which means CEPSA got the rest of the block simply by cancelling its debt...

...and maybe CEPSA was willing to do that...because there were significant OIL SHOWS!!!!!!!
