Here's what perplexes me a bit...

...let's say shares outstanding are 3 billion shares.

At $0.0002, the entire company is worth $600,000.

Isn't that pretty much a song right there?

Does no one have $600,000 lying around? Offor? Eland? Starcrest? What about CEPSA?

Surely, if we are to go with Middy's theory that the entire hold up as to why CEPSA hasn't dropped ERHC thus far is because (whatever his theory is)...then CEPSA, instead of wasting valuable time, could've simply plunked down $300k and picked up a controlling interest in ERHC. And voila...they get half of ERHC's interest in the block...plus half of ERHC's interest in every block ERHC has...

...in fact, maybe they did? CEPSA doesn't have to file a form 4 does it?

Heck, if some want to complain about holding management responsible...buy $300,000 of the shares and take a controlling interest...then some can take care of business...but I suppose some don't have that kind of scratch laying around. So instead they sit around and complain...for a decade. I bet, instead of complaining for a decade...some could have spent that decade raising $300k and take care of the complaints.
