Opinion: If 100% acquisition is confirmed that valuation of PGPM will rise to approximately $370 Million +/- ,

Where did I come up with $370 Million +/-?

Explanation:
According to Q1, 2017 we have 48,899,863 in ASSETS... YES!
Wait, do we have 48,899,863? Answer: No, because we have $7,268,375.00 in Liabilities.
Which means: 48,899,863 - $7,268,375 = 41,631,488 (+ ASSETS)

FACT: We have 41,631,488 in ASSETS.
Pending Extra Assets: (Remember 79% completed- my assumption was after 18 filings that was submitted to OTC PGPM already completed, but keeping a TIGHT LID...)
