Let me guess..."BLDV will acquire Eltron next".........

Don't get me wrong.. Eltron R&D is an impressive company. And >>THEY<< have apparently engineered a "new and improved" generator to create a common cleaning solution that's readily available and widely used in all sorts of industries. And, according to the PR, Eltron has apparently struck a licensing deal with BLDV's "Cannabis-Clean" to use this device IN COLORADO to clean MJ operations. That means Cannabis-Clean may no longer have to buy their peracetic acid elsewhere and transport it to various locations.

That's it. The whole deal apparently consists of Cannabis-Clean paying to lease a device in order to save some as yet undisclosed costs on their cleaning solution.

???

Now all you have to do is calculate how much in revenue Cannabis-Clean generates as their percentage of ALL THE DOZENS OF OTHER BLDV VENTURES.. then adjust it to allow for any savings this Eltron generator provides.. and then you'll have an idea of how this over-hyped PR will truly benefit the bottom line.

Stervc posted this giant list of everything BLDV purports to be doing.. including ""Land Development for Religious Organizations, including the development of the first residential projects built on leased land in Illinois..." --> https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=131699192

The result so far... BLDV GENERATED A WHOPPING >>$2,017<< IN Q1... $690.33 PER MONTH.

Joshua Alper is CEO/ Chairman/ President/ CFO/ Secretary/ Treasurer of BLDV. His son, along with Cannabis-Clean's Steve Morrow, are the only other directors. No one else holds an office! So what happens if Josh Alper gets hit by a bus while texting in Israel? Josh Alper also owns that single "51% Super Vote share." Basically there are no checks-and-balances in place to reign in his manic compulsion to keep piling up new projects.

IMO he needs to (1) recruit some other officers to help run this company and (2) focus on one or two projects and actually prove he can generate significant revenues that benefit shareholders.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
