WHAT DOES A WANDERING AUDITOR HAVE TO DO WITH AN OVERDUE FILING THAT ISN'T SUBJECT TO AUDIT???

Your emailing pal auditor could be on the moon and it wouldn't excuse the lateness of this filing so you're only adding to the confusion by bolstering Alonzo's nonsensical excuse. He must LOVE that (almost as much as he almost certainly loves your trademark snafu).
