BCCI has filed a 15-12G filing on 03/15/17. That 15-12G means they stopped filing so they can hide dilution filings without anyone knowing. Not saying there isn't a play here just would not over stay my welcome...I learned my lesson on hidden filings connected to companies that file 15-12G..bottom line it's a turd and will be sitting at triple 0's eventually(soon).
