2. Is this a true statement, "Global Pole Trusion Group is the parent company of Cegeny in Montreal."?

is because it was a quote from the president of a company, that is supposed to have a JV with a company named Cegeny, and it is his understanding that Global Pole Trusion Group is the parent company of Cegeny.

Maybe there are many companies named Cegeny in Montreal? Maybe there is more than one Global Pole Trusion Group?

This whole thing is not making sense to me.
