How many "fails-to-Deliver" that would suggest naked shorting? NSS is very rare, despite the amount of "air time" it gets.

Naked shorts are like aliens...Impossible to prove they don't exist, but not much evidence that they do exist.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
