The operative word is IF not When. Have you ever been involved with any penny stocks where the CEO's blatantly lied on emails, PR's and websites? I am not saying Kate is lying, but I am saying, as have a few others, that nothing is real until it's officially posted via filing and real PR. Kate told me 4 weeks ago filing should be done next week. It's now 3 weeks later, no filing.
