That's why there's been such a flatline in the pps as of late. With last reported share structure as it is without RS or raising AS there's really no more shares for him to sell. Doing either Of those really would be ineffective as without some kind of good news the volume just is not there. At .0001 if he raised As by 10 billion it would only get him 1 million. And with no news and volume the way it is, he'd never be able to sell 10 billion shares rn. It's UNGS crunch time. He's either going to have to make something happen or its going to be stuck in the rut its stuck in til he does figure something out. Could RS to wash and repeat but with investor confidence the way it currently is if RS brought back a bid there would be a lot of shares thrown at the ask as seems there's many investors that would just be happy to get out. This would instantly bring pps back to where it is. So IMO selling shares right now isn't even a viable option. Time to actually make good on something besides share selling.
