There is no such thing as a "freelance" diluter. Dilution, by definition, means more shares issued by the company. An MM might act as their agent for this but would never "freelance" - they can't.

I don't think we have dilution going on here freelance or otherwise.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
