That article was directly from ERHC filings that attempted to con ERHC investors into believing Tarach was something other than a dry hole. It had nice flowery language that actually had a few believing it was a discovery. To me and others it screamed dry hole with shows which almost every well ever drilled has.

Bottom line is ERHC could only spin this dry hole as being something else for so long before they had to confess it was indeed a dry hole.

Fortunately OilnewsKenya and Upstream had both accurately reported on the dry hole right away. Otherwise more investors would have been deceived for an even longer period of time.
