In reading previous tweets by Bill Schaefer, my guess is the news will be about a reverse merger.

It appears he had a meeting with a private company at the end of March regarding and it supposedly went well. Then just on May 24, he implied merger as well.

If there are concerns, he did raise the as from 2 billion to 3 billion and they are not current but merger news will offset that and with that I would imagine they would also go current very soon.

At any rate, if this is the news, we definitely have a break out candidate. Worth a lotto play at these prices.
