The amount of shares being traded lately is clearly dilution

If anyone bothered to read the 10-K you would see the noteholders that just got paid back in May from their November investment, they received 2.5M commitment shares as part of their investment

clearly not toxic dilution but a fixed amount of shares.......not billions
