This stock is a dilution scam. They can't even publish a proper press release on a reputable wire service (they can only release them in PDF format) because of Gelmons history with companies he's run in the past and all his scams.

Three "news" items in a little over a week and nothing happened to the price. No surprise given Gelmon's track record:
