For those of you who are wary before taking the plunge...take this into consideration.

Richard Oravec is the IR. He, along with an SEC Attorney, wrote the book on Reverse Mergers. Also, we have an attorney admitted into the Federal Bar who is suing the T/A and others on behalf of the new company for 54 million shares. Yes, there are federal documents already submitted to the court...Next, there was no innundation of useless PRs "pumping" this stock. All DD had to be found by transcending language and cultural obstacles that came by the efforts of some native speaking Ihubbers and others along the way. I can guarantee you the new company probably didn't think we'd get this far. Finally, the PR is providing all hundreds of its employees (possibly thousands if we include JinBo employees, with stock warrants at 10 and 15 cents. This is supposed to be an incentive to reward loyalty amongst its very own workforce as well as instill confidence in their company....plus it's typically a tool used in long-term investing to maximize a person's profits. This company is on the ground floor waiting to break out the next couple of years. Oh, and one more thing, we have a Holding company.....what does that imply?
