You notice ddyourdd jumped out again and says all company with late filings will have the same laguage... He is dead wrong! Check this similar scenario out:

imnp today reports the same 8-K exactly like amda's, but guess what...there is no such phrase about auditing "long-lived asset"

You can also, search through all of their recent filings, there is nothing about auditing "long-lived asset" as well:
