Thanks. I do have more questions but will save them for next week, mainly:

1. How did NVOB and Global become intertwined?
2. What happens to the existing production of NVOB products (assuming there is any)?
3. What happens to shareholders and the share structure under any new venture?

I agree with you that Donna has been utterly useless.

P.S.: I did ask Ramiro if Mark Newbauer and Pete Matousek were in any way affiliated with the new company. He said that's the first he's heard of those names.
