I just posted the controlling document which is the Joint Operating Agreement between CEPSA and ERHC. Have you ever read it and tried to understand what it means? It is very clear what happens in this circumstance and trying to say that the contract means nothing and will be ignored is absurd. Perhaps it is time to face the reality of the situation.
