I could have done the required DD before starting in this shell. OneTesla S buys a nice clean shell and you don't have these problems a year later. But then again it wouldn't have a ton of people with trips in it that had a close connection with the prior stand up managment that appears to be the problem now.
Just think how fast this process would be going if the shares had value. Need to pay for a energy company no problem issue some shares. Like I said before in a effort to become big time they put the horse on top of the cart. You guys are up for today so enjoy it will be short lived and back to the same old stuff. Out big seller isn't even playing at this level.
