I always assume it is compensation when the listed price is 0/0.0001, and a purchase otherwise.

You know, it seems strange to me that Neary paid more than the market rate for those shares.
On the day the trade took place, May 19th, the stock opened at 0.086 and closed at 0.10. It's been a month since we hit 0.125 per share.

We've talked before about insider trading, what's legal and what's not...
I wonder… Would quietly leaking the new EPS and paying 25% over market rate provide enough cover for the purchase?
