He's offering 147 million shares at .009. Can anyone tell me just how the share price for the shares we are all holding should rise above that level between now and whenever Hartman finds some fool to buy them? And if and when someone does finally buy those hares we face overcoming that dilution before we could possibly climb higher. Bill is boring holes in the hull of this ship just as fast as he can. Makes me sick.
