the important stuff doesn't change really but they did
1)Extended the time period for harvest lots..from 48 to 72
2)increased size of a batch from 10lbs to 15lbs.
3)and they shot down the proposed change of combining batches to pass pesticide..
All in all the consumers of Oregon won big.. there was def. some give and take (multiple strains in 1 batch/harvest lot!) but EVIO came out on top still. I think..lol
Did i get it right hank? I differ to your knowledge here as this aspect of SGBY has been of concern to you as of late.
