The Vapor crooks are so heartless that not only did they wipe out their shareholders with the 1:20,000 R/S, but they also screwed the warrant holders by over selling warrants knowing that there would be no way that 95% would ever be able to cash in. So basically they sold them worthless warrants and since they can't sell them, they will just expire in 2020. If that not bad enough, the Vapor crooks gave themselves billions more shares that they will be able to sell after 2020 where they will be use to issue new warrants to start the SCAM cycle all over again.
