I was invested in this company a few years ago.

My advice would be to sell on the next pop. This stock is not a long term investment.

Management is not trustworthy. Look at how many times Sonny and Mike lied about the FDA approval saying there wouldn't be any problems. They have also agreed to terrible financing deals.

That being said, Sonny has tried his best to turn the company around because the technology is great. If only the previous management didn't drive the company into the ground.
