OK, fair enough. It has to be about something voted on and approved, or the agenda for a stock holders meeting to vote on certain items, is all I can find doing my research. So, it could possibly be about "Approval" of merger by a vote of "Majority Shareholders" and the terms, I guess.

WE MUST ALL REALIZE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOPE & EXPECTAION BASED ON GIVEN FACTS.
