Actually, 46MM (2.9MM pop/42.9MM tourism) vs. CO which currently has 999 medical/rec retail licenses.

No one can imagine they traffic they are about to encounter.

(one is free also to check number of Oregon and Washington retail licenses for similar amaze/amusement)

They should be double/triple hiring. The amount of staff meltdowns (daily) can't be underestimated.

Consumer selection will end up being whatever place has the shortest lines.
