$13 million in net losses in 2016. Shareholders paying to keep the lights on. Financial structure appears to be funded from note holders.
I don't see a big push from management to reduce costs and increase revenue. Would love to be proven wrong, but looks like a company that is going nowhere unless something big changes. Like in the magnitude of over $20 million a year or more to pay off debt and start raising the PPS.
