Exactly....... I thought the 14C would be about the merger and the company that EXAD is merging with. Now I find out, a 14C is not used for that info. What's up with that?

SEC 14C.......... A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that must be filed by a registrant needing to file a preliminary information statement related to a subject other than a merger,
