Yeah, ESSX has like half a million shares bidding between .16 and .1903 and they've yet to release the pps offer so not too worried.

I actually grabbed a few hundred thousand SOUP this a.m. I'm in it for the flip, their numbers suck, 3x liabilities to assets, ouch, plus their ex-CFO was just indicted for smoking the books for years lol, but it's making for a very profitable day trade!
