jumping in for simon. simon, correct me if i'm wrong.

For example let's say that Oxis, currently worth $2.17M, does a reverse split at 1:300. 300 of your Oxis shares at $0.0156 per share will become 1 share worth $4.68. After the split, the company is still worth $2.17M. However, if Oxis issues more shares into the world and the company is still valued at $2.17M, each share will drop in value. Based on historical patterns, this is what will happen for Oxis.
