If there was ANY other explanation for the filing other than a reverse split, you can be sure the company would have put word out by now.

But there really isn't any other explanation for changing your A/S from 10 billion to 10 million, other than a coming reverse split.

When you think "there can't be that many people falling for this", remember the Bernie Madoff story and recall that over $50 BILLION of smart money fell for a great story.
