Weekly Stocks Forecast for $SHLD and $BBY Week 29 May

On Sears, $SHLD, this week, we are seeing price retest the lows. This market has been in a downtrend for the past couple of years and now we are starting to get a retest of those extreme lows. Today, we see the big institutions gaping price up by over a dollar from 7.45 up to 8.81 roughly. To me this could be a strong sign that something new is starting to happen here. I’m expecting to see price move up to $13.72 daily supply zone as we need to see how strong those levels are over all. This week however, I’m expecting to see the SHLD price raise up to 10.30 as price is needs to move from daily demand up to daily supply. Bottom Line, Price is in a downtrend, and our neural network and us are detecting signs that from a technical aspect this downtrend maybe over. So we are looking to see how strong supply will be at the recent highs. If you like doing counter trend trades and believe that there’s a shift in this market now is not a bad time to be buying it.

On Best Buy, $BBY today, we are seeing an amazing gap happen into all time highs. Now the question is what will happen next? Personally I think long term we will see $70+. But we also have to factor in time. So while we have seen an amazing gap of $7+ we need to think of how price will play out tomorrow as buying at all time highs may not be the best thing to do. Price moves in waves and we as investors need to figure out what would be the best thing to do as a wise investor. So what is our thoughts on this one. Watch our forecast and find out!
