I want hedge funders from Nasdaq. Not convertible notes that can be called up at anytime and bankrupt at the climax of something important. The faster we get to Nasdaq the faster we get proper eval and pe assessment. If this company is as good as we think it is, then these eval will bring in the hedge funds who buy shares at equal value as ours. Not given special incentives and proportional control of our company. Yall keep praising equity investors. These guys get votes. May have different directions they want the company to go that may differ from yours etc.
