The first video that you listed is old. That was released a couple of years ago when the India plant was being built and opened. It was on the Windstream website.
The second video listed, i.e. the youtube video, is new. The MobileMill is not new and there was a video on their website about it years ago. This video, however, is NOT that video and seems new to me as I have never seen it. The content is different and it has Rolf in it (with whom I have spoken many times). I am not sure that the video is completely current as I think that Rolf left the company last year with the plant shutdown. Perhaps he is back, I don't know. I can try to find out.
