I have seen no dd that backs what you just said. However we bought Viking for 62m shares we need to clear that is and reorganize the share structure before we can move forward. I know this isn't otcqbbut in my hypothetical if we were at .04, then fins would be out and we'd be in otcqb. If you think this is hitting 4.00 without someone of giant change I think your crazy. All rs aren't bad guys.
